Great facilities, with fantastic pools and an enjoyable playground for the kids. the staff are friendly and happy to help with anything. the location is central with easy access to local activities like the aqua park and great food nearby. the hotel itself was good.

The elevators were difficult and too crowded, with long waiting times to get around the hotel. Our room service experience had some issues, with an insensitive attendant that lied about our order rather than being honest.

It is very close to the airport. Location, an easy walk to all attractions. It was just 1 mile from Igreja Matriz Sao Jose. Free parking onsite was provided.

I had an amazing time at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful during my stay. The pool area was fantastic with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the sun. And the entertainment areas were superb, offering multiple activities such as gym, playground, and spa. The drink area also had very comfortable seating and nice beverage choices.

Cannot find any faults. This hotel had everything that I needed and exceeded my expectations in every aspect.

Breakfast options are good, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. guests can indulge in the in-house gym, spa and playground facilities.

Some guests have complained about long waiting times for the elevators, which can be a hassle during busy periods.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre, Sauna, and Outdoor swimming pool. the service provided by the friendly staff was exceptional, they fulfilled all of our exclusive needs. We enjoyed live entertainment, Spa lounge and Beauty treatments. the infinity pool and sun loungers at the Sun terrace offered a perfect relaxation experience. the food at the restaurant was delicious and included a wide range of special diet menus. We highly recommend this hotel for couples looking for a romantic getaway.

The only minor inconvenience we experienced was that the hotel only had three elevators for the entire venue. During peak meal times, it was difficult to access the restaurant due to the crowded public areas.

The pool area was great - three big pools made for plenty of space and deck chairs. The gym and playground were also nice additions. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere.

The lift situation was not great. There were only two for the entire hotel, which meant waiting times were often long, especially during busy times like mealtimes.

Lovely staff, helpful and friendly. Great pool area with plenty of space and lounges. Fantastic kids' play areas. Delicious food.
